Q&A with Josh Rosenzweig of Here TV



Josh Rosenzweig, SVP Original Programming and Development at Here, started out as a filmmaker and director in California before making the transition to the corporate side of the business, His path to Here from there took him to Harvey Keitel’s production company and then a stint in PR Marketing and Showtime. Here Media, of which Here TV (please embed: HereTV.com)  is a part, is a media conglomerate serving the GLBT consumer and spans television, film, print and online. They own The Advocate and Out magazines which they still carry in the print format as well as a range of social media and web sites and an impressive film library. In this fascinating interview, Josh talks about Here’s mission, programming, multi-platform efforts, its audience skew, competitive set (spoiler alert: there isn’t any) and the celebration of their tenth anniversary through their New Frontiers film festival.
